If nature is important to you, then Erasmuskloof in Pretoria East might be perfect for you. It is found near the Moreleta Kloof Nature Reserve, which means that the area boasts some scenic beauty. Expect tranquil streets without sacrificing excellent transport links. The Median Asking Price in this area is just under R2 million.

If you would prefer to be near top schooling facilities, as well as being within close proximity to the Gautrain, then Lynnwood is ideal for you. As a part of the ‘Old East’ this established suburb has leafy streets and boasts everything from large, older homes to modern complexes.

If a more modern option is appealing to you, Menlo Park might talk to your interests. This area is enjoying ongoing expansion, with new developments and excellent shopping facilities. The Median Asking Price here is R2.5 million.

If you are considering moving north, then these suburbs may be a good start when entering the property market.
