Food hampers

Non-perishable goods including, tinned food (baked beans, vegetables, tuna, sardines, fruit, etc), rice, pap, biscuits, breakfast cereal, jungle oats, sugar, tea, coffee, milo, sweets, chocolates, dried fruit, crisps, fruit juice, cold drinks, and anything else you can think of.

Toiletry hamper

Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand cream, body lotion, bubble bath, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, cotton buds, hair comb, hair brush, shaving cream and body wash.

These necessary items will go a long way in assisting people who have far less than you have. Get a large cardboard box, cover it in festive paper, fill it with the goods and wrap the whole box with cellophane, then tie it with a ribbon or string.

Stationery hamper

Pen, pencil, pencil sharpener, ruler, exercise book, pencil case, scissors, fibre tipped pens, colouring pencils, wax crayons, eraser, etc.
