Mondays:

Tai chi classes for adults are available at Martial Centre in Winchester Hills. Classes are on Monday and Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm and from 6.30am to 7.30am on Saturdays. This is an ideal form of exercise for over 40s. Tai chi is a martial art but is practised at a slower pace. Choir members are urgently needed for a multi-denominational choir called Under His Wings, under the leadership of Claude Weeder.
