*MINIATURE Showcase: Miniaturists in Gauteng come from all walks of life, all areas and encompass a love of all things small. Miniature Showcase is where artisans showcase their work in the miniature world. Artists will meet on Saturday, February 4, from 09:00 to 13:00, at Parkhurst Recreation Centre (cnr 13th Street and 5th Avenue). No entrance fee but donations to Cerebral Palsy are welcome. *BRUSH Stroke Art Studio will be exploring the beautiful art form of acrylics on fabric. You will be guided by Cremilda Cardoso, an artist with more than 25 years of experience. *KLIPRIVIERSBERG Nature Reserve Association. For all walks meet at Entrance Precinct, Peggy Vera Road, Kibler Park. *POISE Academy presents continuous classes covering the basics of modelling, television presenting, image management, skincare and make-up, health and fitness and social etiquette. *CHOIR members are urgently needed for a multi-denominational choir called “Under His Wings”, under the leadership of Claude Weeder. *THE SA Military History Society holds meetings with lectures on the second Thursday of each month with a wide variety of topics on military historical interest discussed. *CELEBRATE Recovery.
