Mall of the South celebrates first birthday
“Thank you to all our tenants, staff and shoppers for their continued loyalty and support over the past twelve months," said Hester Smith, Mall of the South Centre Manager.
MALL of the South celebrated its first birthday on Saturday, September 24 with lots going on in the centre.
Shoppers and tenants were entertained with balloon stilt walkers, face painters, a mini fashion show to showcase tenant attire, a photo booth and a delicious birthday cake compliments of Fournos Bakery. “Thank you to all our tenants, staff and shoppers for their continued loyalty and support over the past 12 months,” said Hester Smith, Mall of the South centre manager.
Mugg and Bean at Mall of the South showed support for Cupcakes 4 Kids with Cancer and owner, Bruno Barradas welcomed the volunteers to enjoy refreshments in the restaurant. “Hundreds of cupcakes were sold and all for a great cause,” he said.
Lucy Silva Fernandes (coordinator, Cupcakes 4 Kids with Cancer) said, “Thank you Mall of the South for allowing us the opportunity to host a stand at your mall. We thank you for your support.”
