Unleashed Combat Sport hosted their second annual boxing tournament

Boxers threw punches at their opponents to honour Nelson Mandela at annual boxing event.

Unleashed Combat Sport owned by Boxing Promoter Shereen Hunter hosted the second annual Remembering Madiba Professional Boxing Tournament on July 21 at the Union Sports Arena (Portuguese Hall) in Johannesburg South.

The tournament aimed to honour the spirit of the late President Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela by using sport as a mechanism to unite South Africans.

It also served to shine a light on the memory of the man who changed the relationship between all South Africans in 1994.

Fourie is the current holder of the Gauteng lightweight title and is now also ABU SADC lightweight champion after he defeated Lancelot Moyo who hails from Zimbabwe.
