Ultimate winner gets it all at the finals of 4@War

Action at the finals of 4@War

It is justifiable to say that the fight between Brandon Thysse and Boyd Allen will deliver fireworks, but the face-off for third and fourth places in the 4@War is just as important for these boxers to show their finesse in the ring.

All or Nothing boxing tournament will take place on March 21 at Emperors Palace, hosed by Golden Gloves promotions. Doors will open at 7pm.

Roarke Knapp, who is slightly with his nose in front having nine bouts on the trot with one loss and one KO, will go toe to toe in the junior middleweight division over 10 rounds for the third and fourth places on offer with Tristan Truter, who has a record of eight bouts and two losses.

There is not much to choose between these two boxers, Truter in the capable hands of seasoned trainer Harold Volbrecht and Knapp, trained by Mimo Spirito.

But all the action will be focused on the much anticipated final for the coveted World Boxing Association (WBA) Pan African junior middleweight title over the allotted 12 rounds.

The other two title fights will also post much excitement between the pugilists as they will place their focus on the WBA and International Boxing Federation Africa junior welterweight bout between Harry Simon (junior) from Namibia (11-0-0) and Jabulani Makhense (9-0-0).

In the other title fight, Jonas Sultan from the Philippines (16-5-0) will meet Southerner Ricardo Malajika (6-0-0) for the IBF Intercontinental junior bantamweight title over 12 rounds.

To open the evening’s proceedings, Mduduzi Moyo (2-2-0) will take on Christian Libote (1-0-0) in the middleweight division over four rounds.
