KICKING off a full long weekend of racing and events, the popular Rockmania Showdown will wrap up another great season in style at the Rock Raceway on December 14.
The prestigious motor sport venue in Brakpan will feature all the favourite disciplines, including drifting, oval track racing, Formula N circuit, drag racing, spinning and a stunt.
Drift suicide rides for the bucket list junkies will be on sale at R100 a ride.
Spectator entry to the venue will cost R80 for adults and R30 for children ages six to 12.
Eager patrons can arrive from 10am when gates open for business, with practice sessions throughout the course of the day. Racing is expected to start at 3pm.
On December 15, night drags will take place. This is your chance to come have some fun with your own car. They usually take place on the last Sunday of the month.
Gates open at 2pm and racing starts at 4pm. Entry fees are adults R20, children R10 ages six to 12 and to race R50.
On December 16 the annual Spinning vs Drifting event takes place.
There will be a showdown of spinner teams taking on the Rock drifters to see who dazzles the crowds the most.
Gates open at 10am and racing starts at 12 noon. Adults R80, children R50, children younger than 12 and parking R20.
On December 18 will be Wicked Wednesday Night Drags. These usually take place every Wednesday evening.

Gates open at 5pm and racing starts at 6pm. Adults R20, children R10 ages six to 12, to race R50.
