You’re the cat’s whiskers

The girls excelled in their various categories.

DANCERS from Laetitia’s School of Dance in Mulbarton recently participated in the Cat’s Whiskers Dance Festival that was held at Glenvista High School.

The girls excelled in their various categories with Zahra Pelser being the all-round winner for modern amateur seven years and under. Gabriella de Lima, Ravina Ramlugan and Vishani Ramlugan won the modern musical group 13 years and younger. Vishani also won lyrical 13 years and under as well as modern solo 13 years and under, both in the novice section.

Karla Groenewald came second in the modern solo 13 years and under novice.

Vishani, Ravina, Gabriella and Karla qualified to participate at nationals at Rustenburg next year from March 29 to April 7.
