Wrestlers unleashed for epic battle

ALBERTON residents and wrestlers, Zizzou Middoux, the Cowboy and Scorpion Kruger will be in action at South African Pro Wrestling (SAPW)’s Unleashed tournament on June 18 at Hoërskool Birchleigh in Kempton Park.
Zizzou, who will be taking on the SAPW heavyweight champion, the Crow for the title, has travelled overseas and even competed in Ring of Honor. He has locally built a good name for himself and recently challenged for the SA championship.
Other wrestlers in action include Cowboy, Scorpion Kruger, Angel, Raven, and Griffin as well as The Jackal and Hector Payne who will wrestle it out in a tough match to crown the first-ever SAPW hard-core champion.
SAPW will also be hosting a try-out event earlier in the day for any aspiring wrestlers. The best performer on the day will win a six-month training contract at SAPW. A R50 fee per entry, which includes a ticket to Unleashed, will be charged.
Gates for Unleashed open at 16:00 and the event starts at 17:30. Ticket prices are R30 for ringside seats and R20 for normal seats. Children under the age of six enter for free. For tickets contact Julius on 073 570 0515.
