THE Kung Fu Martial Centre, based in Winchester Hills, recently took part in the inter-school championship, hosted by the Shaolin Martial Art Centre in Kempton Park.
Students did exceptionally well, bringing back four gold, three silver and three bronze medals. The winners were from the children and adult’s classes.
Students took part in the Northern and Southern forms divisions as well as the weaponry and semi-contact sections of the competition.
Martial Centre is open five days a week and is run by full time instructors sifu Mark and Chaulien Warren. Not only does the centre offer quality training in a variety of Kung Fu disciplines, but it also offers traditional and contemporary Tai Chi classes for all ages.
