HOPE for the Breast Golf day will take place on Friday November at the Southdowns Country Club.
A donation for their fund-raiser, Putt for a Cure will be held at the club.
Putt for a Cure is a family oriented event where participants can participate in a fun-filled golf day. The structure of the golf day will be a shotgun start, tee-off is at 10:00. The four balls will consist of individuals representing corporations, clubs, organisations and families.
Because this event is quite long and exhausting, they look towards local businesses to help out in donations for the participants. They need donations, drinks, small prizes and gift certificates of all kinds to help make our event fun and rewarding. They expect to have more than 140 participants, most of whom will be male and wearing pink attire and fun props to show their support.
Cancer touches so many people in our community and Putt for a Cure is a great way to help fight this terrible disease. This disease has affected someone we love, our mom. Please seriously consider this request as we join in the fight against cancer. Alternatively, you may purchase a four-ball or sponsor a hole (for advertising purposes).
