Karateka excels at Karate South Africa Nationals
Karateka held their own during the KSA Nationals.

JOHANNESBURG – Sandra’s students excelled at the KSA All Styles Nationals 2014.
A handful of Sensei Sandra’s students competed at the KSA all styles National championships held at the end of January in Bloemfontein.
All competitors did very well in their divisions (kata or kumite) and walked away with medals.
Students trained hard and passionately and put in blood, sweat and tears building up to these National events. Their hard work paid off with fantastic results.
