As Sanco in Joburg South we are encouraging our community to form block streets committees and yard committees, this will help them to monitor the service delivery in their areas
We are saying people must respect lockdown procedures and we want to blame those who want to benefit from the poorest using the words ‘helping the community’ while they help themselves.
We are saying everyone must get help as long s/he is a community member.
Also we condemn the leaders who are looting from the poorest and feeding their friends and families, we are saying to the community if you noticed that and have valid evidence report it to corruption unit at the police station
As Sanco we are worried to see evictions happening to our community during this time of lockdown. Sanco is encouraging the community of Johannesburg South to work together irrespective of their political affiliation.
