Trees need cutting back

With the wattle trees growing into the road, motorists have to swerve over to the right hand side to avoid their vehicles being scratched.

I am once again complaining about the Wattle trees that are growing on Impala Road, going up from the nature reserve towards Rand Water, on the left-hand side of the road.

I asked last year if and when something will be done about this and nothing has transpired. Impala Road has some bad bends and many motorists speed along this road, which has resulted in quite a few accidents, some fatal, over the years.

Because the wattle trees are growing on the road, motorists have to swerve over to the right-hand side to avoid their vehicles being scratched. Before it’s too late, something must be done. Do something before there’s a head-on collision.
