Real eye-opener

However, at my last visit I found there was an unfortunate plethora of a rapidly growing alien species in the park.

There are many beautiful sites, and sights, in and around Joburg that I enjoy visiting. Prominent among them is the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens in Roodepoort.

However, at my last visit, I found there was an unfortunate plethora of a rapidly growing alien species in the park. I refer to hominid celphonicus.

They prowl around ignoring flora and avium, gazing mesmerically into their “talk-nonsense-devices”. Some of them even had one in each hand! They are the ambi-distracted species. It is sad that they couldn’t lift their heads and enjoy the scenery.

A must visit for those who like to “look around”.
