Don’t ever stop reading

Children, youth and adults can read up on subjects that help them with their studies, careers or hobbies.

Reading improves the reader’s writing skills and helps the reader learn new words, improve spelling and learn new facts and skills.

Even when children read stories merely for enjoyment, they are improving their language skills.

Libraries and bookshops, including second-hand bookshops and charity shops, have books on business, science, languages, hobbies, and many other subjects as well as a wide range of fiction.

Reading is a good way of keeping learners occupied during the school holidays. They can read for enjoyment or to help them with their weaker subjects.
