Reading improves the reader’s writing skills and helps the reader learn new words, improve spelling and learn new facts and skills.

Libraries and bookshops, including second-hand bookshops and charity shops, have books on business, science, languages, hobbies, and many other subjects as well as a wide range of fiction.
Reading is a good way of keeping learners occupied during the school holidays. They can read for enjoyment or to help them with their weaker subjects.
