I would like to commend Johannesburg City Power on their prompt service. We experienced problems with our power on Sunday due to a fault in the box outside.
I logged a call and spoke to a very friendly lady at 18:00 on Sunday evening and was given a reference number. An hour and a half later they arrived and fixed the problem immediately.
