Thank you D&D Tactical

This letter can in no way express our full gratitude to D&D Tactical and the assistance they provided.

It’s not often easy to see the silver lining of a very dark cloud such as armed robbery, but every now and then, an angel or two will show the way.

One early morning in November, my parents were held at gunpoint in their house in Johannesburg South. I received the message in the early hours of that morning and my first instinct was to rush to their aid. At that point, I was under the impression that the perpetrators were still in the house.

On my way to their home, I saw a D&D Tactical board against a neighbouring wall whereafter I stopped and phoned them, as I was fully aware that my parents didn’t have an alarm system.

On the other end of the line was clearly a professional: the lady noted the address, assisted me with contacting the police and sent an armed guard to assist.

When the guard arrived shortly thereafter, he firstly ensured my safety and then he proceeded to check the entire property – and then went into the house to check if there was anyone there. He stayed until the police arrived and without us properly thanking him, proceeded with his patrol. Again, he was very professional and clearly well trained.

As there was no alarm system, D&D Tactical were under no obligation to assist us, yet without hesitation or second thoughts, they did.

This letter can in no way express our full gratitude to D&D Tactical and the assistance they provided.
