Hasn’t the weather been glorious? I’m just loving the high temperatures and funnily enough, I have more energy when it’s hot than when it’s cold! I know most of you won’t agree with me but I’m never happier than waking up feeling warm and seeing the sun come up for another day. Winter can stay away for as long as possible.
In saying that, the mornings are definitely staying darker for longer and now only at about 05:40 is it getting light. Yes, I know because I’m out walking with my friend then. The best time of the day!
Dresses are in
All through the summer months I’ve seen lots of dresses in the shops and now winter wear also boasts some gorgeous ones. I’m a dress lover so I’ll be out and about to look for a few to add to older collection winter wardrobe.
Rose-gold look
My friend from the UK bought me a pearl and silver Thomas Sabo bracelet for Christmas with a silver charm and I just love it! I see there is new Thomas Sabo range of rose-gold designs, so beautiful. Not cheap but oh, so pretty.
Luscious lippie

School transport
After I wrote an article about school transport I received an email from Bill Louw. I met him a few years ago and he now runs a small School Shuttle Service. Some of the facts about his business which I think are great are: All children wear safety belts, there’s no overloading, the vehicle is fully air conditioned front and rear, the vehicle is fully insured, he has a Qualified Advance Driver and Instructor licence.
Parents are also SMS’d/ Whatsapp’d advising them when their children have been dropped off, there’s smash and grab on all the windows and central locking on all doors controlled by the driver.
