Take your complaints to the Ombudsman

You will have the backing of a skilled group of people to assess your complaint.

With good service almost non-existent these days and a couple of con-artists out there, our papers are inundated with consumer complaints, ranging from bad service to people not delivering the ‘goods’ after payment.

It has grown to such an extend that we cannot handle these complaints. We therefore urge readers and advertisers with any such complaints to turn to the Ombudsman for help.

There are a variety of offices for the Ombudsman in all sorts of fields who can assist with complaints. They will give rulings on complaints, whether it be against a financial institution or whether you have problems with your medical aid.

All you need to do is browse and search for the correct ombudsman, file your complaint according to their regulations and then you will have the backing of a skilled group of people to assess your complaint.

Please browse https://ombudsman.ombudsmen.co.za and continue your search from there.

Here you will find something about your rights and a list of the ombudsman services available. Our newspapers will not get involved in any consumer complaints between parties.
