Park Senior Primary School learner comes out tops

His dedication and love for the Afrikaans language led him to this remarkable achievement.

Ntsikomzi Appols, a Grade Five learner from Park Senior Primary School, has achieved first place for an Afrikaans acting and reciting competition held at the school district.

There were various schools that participated and Park Senior Primary took first place.

Deputy principal Essack Dada said: “We are proud of the learner, the facilitator and teacher, Miss Ebrahim for their hard work and dedication. We are a competitive school and we hope for many more achievements that will take our school to the next level.”

Ebrahim added: “We have been practicing since April where he first did the performance at the Alberton Eisteddfod where he obtained an 86% and this is when we decided to take it further.”

The facilitator further highlights how proud she is of Ntsikomzi going over and above to excel.
