Corinthians NPO and Dare2Care extend Christmas joy into February

Corinthians NPO and Dare2Care partner in a touching toy drive to bring smiles to children in the post-holiday season.

Corinthians NPO and Dare2Care recently united to bring joy and hope to families during the post-holiday season.

Tebogo Lehabe, the COO of Corinthians, said they took an unconventional approach by extending the spirit of Christmas into February.

“This was achieved through a toy drive organised just before Christmas Day in 2023, with Dare2Care’s invaluable support enabling nearly 100 children to participate at the Corinthians venue.

“The event was a deeply touching experience as parents and children gathered to select toys, with many youngsters receiving their inaugural Christmas gift. This initiative, designed to infuse love and hope into families during the challenging months after the festive season, struck a chord with all involved.”

Lehabe expects the impact of this event to be long-lasting, resonating for weeks, months, and even years to come.

“I believe the organisations have made a significant and enduring difference in their lives by showing love, value, and remembrance to these children,” said Lehabe.

Lehabe thanked Dare2Care for making the initiative possible.
