Zimbabwean Martin Khumalo (35) was found guilty of the crime of malicious damage to property by Magistrate Habib at Booysens Magistrate’s Court on June 25.
On January 17, 2023 in Donald Street, Chrisville, Khumalo did unlawfully and intentionally maliciously damaged Telkom tower container doors by hitting them with a hammer.
It was recommended that Khumalo be deported after serving his sentence.
