After many years in the music, modelling and acting industries, La Rochelle’s Simangaziwe Princess Nkiwane, popularly known as Simah April, is releasing another music video.
The video, produced and directed by Bruce Patterson from Pilot Films, features Montesly Jacob’s dance group.
The RnB singer and songwriter said the music video would get her fans on the dance floor.
“My music mends hearts and souls because I mainly sing about relationships, women, child abuse and drug use,” she said.
Party Time is a dance jam she believes her fans will enjoy.
“My music is my passion. I love and breathe it. I am an observer. I observe things around me and then write music about them. I see how people react to certain situations.
“I started writing and making music at the age of nine and never looked back. Music is like oxygen to me, it is in my blood. and it keeps me alive. My music is fresh and has an original sound. I want my fans to enjoy it because most new music almost sounds the same.”
Simah mentioned she is working on some projects with Kalawa Jazmee. She is glad to receive support wherever she performs. She said although she has a taste for acting and modelling, she has always loved music. She said she can’t wait to share some of her new TV projects with her fans.
She said no matter what she does her fans come first because they always deserve the best, and ultimately, everything is about them. She encourages her fans never to give up on their dreams, no matter how tough some situations may seem.
“Because I love my fans, I have started my clothing brand, starting with T-shirts and caps. This will grow, and I will introduce tracksuits and bags,” she said.
