Ryan Mutinzi’s murder case postponed again

Johannesburg Central Magistrate’s Court postpones Ryan’s murder case to May 17.

Desiree and Ntombikayise Ndebele appeared for the third time in the Johannesburg Central Magistrate’s Court on May 12 and they will remain in custody.

They were arrested on April 27 after members of the Booysens Serious and Violent Unit followed up on information of the body of Ryan Mutinzi (6) that was found dumped in Bellavista.

The court sent the suspects back to custody because they wanted to verify their places of residence and their attorney was not present on the day.

The matter has been postponed again to May 17.

The case was postponed after the accused’s defence attorney reported sick and was unable to appear on the scheduled date.
