Residents are invited to join in any of these events offered at Rietvlei Zoo Farm during April.
Easter Parkrun
Easter Parkrun will take place on April 16 at Rietvlei Parkrun starting at 08:00. Join them every Saturday for a 5km walk or run.
It’s fun and it’s free. All ages welcome. Dogs on leads are also welcome. Please note, one dog per runner/walker.

Men’s futsal tournament
Men’s Futsal Tournament will take place on April 27 at 09:00. The winner will receive R10 000 cash prize.
Entrance fee: R800 per team of 6 vs 6 Futsal (maximum 10 per team). Register and arrive from 08:00 and supply your team list by April 25. Food and cold drinks will be on sale.

Freedom Day Parkrun
Freedom Day Parkrun will take place on April 27 at Rietvlei Parkrun starting at 08:00.

Rietvlei mountain bike trails
Rietvlei trails are open daily from 06:00 to 18:00.
MTB Trails options are 5km yellow, 10km pink, 15km orange, 20km purple, 30km brown and 40km black.
The entrance fee is R40 per person or R150 for 10 entries trail card.

Rietvlei Soccer School
Soccer lessons and skills training take place at Rietvlei Soccer School.
Registrations are open for 2022 and the first lesson is free. Soccer lessons for boys and girls, ages from three to 18. Every Monday to Friday afternoon and Saturday mornings.
