Teddy Bear Foundation resumes with court preparations

Teddy Bear Foundation has proudly announced that it will be resuming with court preparation for children who are going to testify in court.

With Covid-19 regulations being lifted, Teddy Bear Foundation will be resuming with court preparation this month for its children who are going to testify.

Sessions are held on Saturdays in groups where children and their parents or caregivers come in to their offices or courts.

This programme, according to Edzisani Luvhengo of the foundation, focuses on providing children and parents with skills, emotional support and legal knowledge in preparation for their appearance in court.

Luvhengo said both children and parents get to know what to expect in the court.

“This month of love, we humbly request your support and show some love to our children by making a monetary donation or court preparation packs which consist of a colouring-in book, snack and juice. In 2021, we provided court preparation to 695 children. It costs R5 202.50 per child,” she said.

She reiterated that all their services are free of charge.

“Thank you for supporting our children and showing some love to them. For more information, contact Teddy Bear Foundation via email at edzil@ttbc.org.za or on 011 484 4554,” said Luvhengo.

Monetary donation can be made to:
