Johannesburg SPCA (JSPCA) will hold its 117th AGM for its members in the board room at JSPCA, 5 Benray Road, Reuven on July 18 at 10am.
The business of the 117th AGM will be:? Notice and constitution of the meeting.? To adopt the minutes of the 116th AGM held on July 13, 2019 and to consider matters arising from those minutes.
“To receive the chairperson?s review of the society’s affairs for the past 12 months ended March 31.
“To receive and consider the auditor’s report together with the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31.”
To nominate and elect no fewer than five, and not more than 10, members to the board of directors.
“To appoint auditors to the society for the ensuing year, and “To consider any other business as may be transacted at an AGM.
