16 Days of Activism – self-defence course
Speak out and fight back, not just for 16 days, but every day.
THE Epic Foundation is hosting their 2019 campaign on November 23, November 30 and December 7 from 9am to 12pm at 406 Southern Klipriviersberg Road, Steeldale, Johannesburg at R250 per person.
Their aim is to encourage every man, woman and child that has survived rape and abuse to find their voice by using their platform.
Speak out and fight back and in doing so, be heard, be helped and heal.
Telling your story is the start of your journey towards healing and taking your power back.
Your story will encourage other survivors to speak out and get the help they need to start their own journey.
During this time join them for one of their self-defence workshops and learn how to fight back!
