Four suspects rob Lusito School

“The school is really feeling the strain of daily crime in the area,” management added.

THE caretaker of Lusito School, which is situated in South Road, The Hill, was held at gunpoint for two hours in the early hours of August 24, while three of the four men, robbed the school.

Apart from excessive damage which was done, all the laptops, computers, iPads and communication devices were stolen.

According to management of the school, all of these devices are absolutely necessary and assist the learners with communication. They were imported from the United States of America and were very expensive.

Apparently the school’s gate motor was stolen the previous day.

“The school is really feeling the strain of daily crime in the area,” management added.

A case has been opened at Moffat View Police Station.
