Animal Anti-Cruelty League Johannesburg charity shop celebrates one year birthday

AACL will conduct a special birthday sale starting on August 30 until 31.

Animal Anti-Cruelty League Johannesburg (AACL) charity shop is turning one this coming spring.

AACL will celebrate the day by giving away prizes and giveaways. AACL will conduct a special birthday sale starting on August 30 until 31.

The funds generated from the charity shop will contribute towards the care of hundreds of animals. The animals that are going to benefit are those who are in the kennels of AACL.

Carren Nickloes, the marketing manager of AACL, said animals arrive in their kennels monthly due to their surrender, confiscation or them being handed in as strays. “These animals stay in our kennels while they wait to be claimed by their owners or adopted into new homes,” said Nickloes.

AACL encourages the public to come and buy something on the day and that would be highly appreciated.

AACL is situated at 59 Alice Street, Regents Park. The gates will open at 8am on August 30 and 8.30am the next day.
