WATCH: Motorists warned to be aware at traffic lights and stop streets

Always be aware of your surroundings and drive and be cautious if you see a pedestrian close by.

A MOTORIST was driving along Kliprivier Drive, towards Booysens, on Monday, June 3 at about 17.33 when a smash and grabber appeared out of nowhere, reached inside the window and stole an item.

Don’t leave car windows open enough for a person to be able to lunge into your vehicle, especially when stopping at traffic lights or at a stop street.

Always be aware of your surroundings and drive and be cautious if you see a pedestrian close by.
