Fund-raiser for Maronite Catholic Church

MARONITE Catholic Church in Blougom Crescent, Liefde en Vrede, will be hosting its 18th Annual Family Festival on May 26.The festival will be held to commemorate the inauguration of the parish and to raise funds for various charities, outreach initiatives and parish projects.

The parish is currently in the process of constructing a high school on the property to complement their primary school and funds raised will also aid in the completion of the high school.

Holy Mass will be held at 10am followed by entertainment with Dr Victor and the Rasta Rebels as well as Micasa headlining the entertainment bill. Various activities for children will take place and delicious food will be available.

Visitors stand to win big prizes including a Ford Figo in the form of a raffle and consolation prizes. Tickets will be on sale on the day or can be purchased from the church office directly. Please phone 011 432 5331 or 072 601 9832.
