COURIER took the topic to the people who had a chance to meet the princess to find out what it’s like seeing her in person. This is what people had to say.
BRENDAN CROFT: “Very humble individual. Respects people around her and one would say she’s not a princess just because of her humbleness. What I loved about her is that she also interacts with people. What kind of princess does? It’s only her.”
ZANDILE NGWENYA: “Seeing the princess was the most amazing thing ever. It’s not any time where you get to see such a person in this close proximity. I’m truly blessed. Even next year when she comes I will be here waiting for her.”
K MOODLEY:” I didn’t get the chance of meeting her because everything happened too quick. But I respect her a lot and admire what she has done to support local schools and sports. I hope next time I will chat with her.”
JOANI JOHNSON: “Meeting her was lovely and special. She’s one lovely person and she really showed us that she loves us by coming here today. ”
