Man stabbed in Glenanda north

The robber escaped the scene.

A 22-year-old man was mugged and suffered multiple stab wounds while crossing the pedestrian bridge in Glenanda.
He was walking over the bridge from Glenanda North to South was the incident occurred.

He was stabbed five times in his legs and side. Both Netcare 911 and ER24 attended the scene.

The victim is stable and and being taken to Baragwanath Hospital. It’s unclear what valuables were stolen.

The robber escaped the scene.

Glenanda North Residents Association and CPF were quickly on the scene.
