WAT’S On Dance Studio is very proud of their dancers who kept their name high during the American Academy of Ballet (AAB) Summer School auditions.

Seven dancers took part in the AAB Summer school auditions, receiving high results in their Performance Awards Levels in 2017. Out of the seven, five dancers received invitations to attend the AAB Summer School.

Jode Golding and Chloe Oosthuizen jetted off to New York to receive intense ballet training at the AAB Summer School. “They both did exceptionally well over there and were complimented by many international teachers,” said their teacher, Chantal Watson.

Jode got gold for level six with a 20 per cent bursary for 2019. Chloe received a silver for level nine. She already has a 20 per cent bursary for 2019 and received it during the awards in South Africa. “I am so proud of these two and I want to thank everyone who made it possible for them to go to New York,” said Chantal.
