SAPS Alberton would like to alert readers that stopping on highways is very dangerous.

SAPS Alberton has raised concern over several robberies that took place on the highways surrounding Alberton.

Alberton SAPS would like to inform the community that stopping on the highway unnecessarily can be very dangerous.

Commuters should be wary of people trying to get you to pull over by pointing out a supposed problem with your car. In a case like this rather drive to the closest filling station or police station where it is safe to stop.
