I would like to expose and make people aware a white City Golf that drives around from 5:30am robbing people of cell phones, etc.
The passenger jumps out of the car and takes your belongings while the driver follows from behind. I have made the police aware but I don’t see any sign of them driving around the South.
This car drives around Drakensberg, Lang and High streets, Rosettenville.
The car has a black part fitted to the right-hand side above the tyre only.
