LORRAINE SOBHOZA: “What happened to Tshepiso is bad. No child deserves to die the way Tshepiso died. I just can’t think how a living and breathing human being can be so trigger happy in public not thinking of the consequences.”GIFT NDLOVU: “The boy was too young to die this way. I sympathise with the family. It must be hard for them losing their son in a gruesome act like this. I hope the criminals can be caught and get arrested. How can a normal human being just hurt such an innocent child like this?
