ELECTRICITY is once again off in many parts of the South of Johannesburg.
According to Ward 23 councillor, Sarah Wissler, there will be interrupted power throughout the day, or no electricity at all.
A transformer has blown at Prospect Substation in City Deep and teams are on site replacing faulty equipment.
Residents are advised to turn off appliances which may blow because of this.
