JOHANNESBURG SPCA will hold its 115th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for its members in the boardroom at the Johannesburg SPCA, 5 Benray Road, Reuven on July 14 at 10am.
Business of the 115th AGM:
1. Notice and constitution of the meeting.
2. To adopt the minutes of the 114th AGM held on July 15 last year and to consider matters arising from those minutes.
3. To receive the chairperson’s review of the Society’s affairs for the past twelve months ended March 31.
4. To receive and consider the auditor’s report together with the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31.
5. To nominate and elect no fewer than five, and not more than 10, members to the Board of Directors.
6. To appoint auditors to the Society for the ensuing year.
7. To consider any other business as may be transacted at an AGM.
