JOY dogs get new brother

“His name is Orion and it has been a difficult and expensive import but we are happy to say all is going well,” said Sue Green, owner of the JOY dogs.

THE famous JOY dogs, who are old English Sheepdogs and are known for their work with a paint company, are about to get a new brother, who is coming from Russia and is from the litter from JOY dogs Yola’s niece.

“His name is Orion and it has been a difficult and expensive import but we are happy to say all is going well,” said Sue Green, owner of the JOY dogs.

“He had to spend a week in quarantine and joined us on June 15. It was such excitement with four dogs bouncing around,” added Sue.

GOODBYE RUSSIA: Orion waves goodbye to his family in Russia.

Recently an entertaining and informative show was given to the learners from Clever Kids Preschool in Glenanda, who loved seeing the dogs performing all their tricks, touching them and posing with them. And they also were given some basic instruction on how to care for their dogs. JOY dog Oscar is currently appearing in the Dulux advert on TV.

If you are interested in having the JOY dogs come to visit your school or old age home, please phone Sue on 082 455 8634. Or alternatively, contact Sue on sue@joydogs.co.za.
