WITH winter right on our heels, community members in need will require all the help they can get to keep warm.
Soldiers For Jesus are calling out to the community to come support their blanket drive on May 6 from 8.30am at the Alberton Tennis Club. Entrance fee is a blanket or any cash donation, which will be used to purchase a blanket.
Any type of blanket is welcome – dog blankets, baby blankets, comforters – bring it all, it will be gladly accepted.
Bring along your friends and family because there will be food and refreshments stalls, as well as entertainment for the young ones.
