Two suspects arrested for dealing and possession of drugs and fraudulent documents in Mulbarton

The drugs, firearms, passports and ID documents were confiscated and police investigations will continue.

TWO Pakistan nationals were arrested for dealing and possession of drugs and fraudulent documents, on Tuesday, April 17 at a townhouse complex in Mulbarton.

Johannesburg flying Squad members received a tip-off about drug dealing activities taking place at the complex and police members acted swiftly on information received, which led to the arrests of the two suspects.

FIREARMS: Two 9mm Glock pistols were discovered at the complex in Mulbarton.

Different types of drugs, Hashish, Ecstasy, Mandrax, suspected Cocaine and Crystal Meth, were found as well as fraudulent passports, ID documents and two 9mm Glock pistols. On further investigation the police found out one of the suspects is wanted for threatening a victim with a firearm and intimidation, with a case opened with Mondeor SAPS.

TIP-OFF: Drugs were found at the townhouse complex.

The drugs, firearms, passports and ID documents were confiscated and police investigations will continue. Both suspects who are aged between 45 and 48 years old, will be facing charges of dealing and possession of drugs, as well as possession of fraudulent documents and will be appearing soon in Johannesburg magistrate court.
