According to Glenvista Community Policing Forum, on Wednesday, December 13, in the afternoon, CPF members, D and D security and SAPS responded to a hijacking in Hantamberg Street, Glenvista on the corner of Cupelia Street.
A resident had just pulled into his garage when he noticed a black Jaguar coming down Cupelia Street and turning right into Hantamberg Street. The Jaguar reversed and two armed men entered the garage taking the resident’s Range Rover and a number of personal items. The tracking device was later found in Dalbini Drive in Mulbarton.
Residents are urged to be extra vigilant at this time of year.
