Improvement of toilet facilities at Gold Reef City

We are pleased to announce that alterations to the toilets are completed and the ease and comfort to use the facilities are an absolute delight.

Some time ago, I and so many fellow residents of Reuven Retirement Complex appealed to the management of Gold Reef City to improve the toilet facilities for their female retired clients.

Some of the toilets were somewhat lower than the normal toilets; as a result, it made it extremely difficult to lift oneself especially without the support of handrails. We also brought to their attention that so many elderly suffer some kind of physical difficulty to their lower extremities.

It did not take Gold Reef City management long to respond with a welcoming letter thanking us for emphasising and bringing to their attention the problem that some of their elderly female clients are experiencing at Gold Reef City. We were assured that the matter will be attended to.

We are pleased to announce that alterations to the toilets are completed and the ease and comfort to use the facilities are an absolute delight.

We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the maintenance management and the Gold Reef City for assuring us that their client’s comfort, convenience and pleasure will always receive their top priority.
