An armed robbery took place last night, August 17, outside Bassonia Rock Estate on Soetdoring Street.
According to the Glenvista Community Policing Forum, the residents were allegedly followed from the OR Tambo International Airport by four heavily armed suspects in a white VW Polo who robbed them outside the estate.
Mondeor SAPS has been contacted for comment and an update will follow as soon as more information becomes available.
