AACL invites corporates to spend their 67 minutes for Mandela Day with them

Booking is essential with the cut-off date being June 26.

THIS year, the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) will honour Madiba during the month of July, by inviting corporates to come and spend 67 minutes with them.

On Mandela Day, July 18, one lucky group from a company (between 10 and 20 people) can spend up to four hours at the organisation. Early bird catches the worm on this one, so pick up the phone now if you want to book this slot.

For the rest of the month, from Monday to Friday, they are inviting a corporate group per day, to spend their 67 minutes with them. Booking is essential with the cut-off date being June 26.

By booking before this date, individuals will be eligible to win four tickets to WODAC (World of Dogs and Cats pet expo), which will take place at Gallagher Convention Centre, from July 14 to 16.

To make Mandela Month memorable, the AACL will follow the theme ‘67’ and would appreciate donations of 67 blankets, tins of food/sachets, dried food, toys or accessories, bowls or collars, cat litter trays or brushes.

Great programmes have been arranged for Mandela Month with delicious refreshments on sale every day, including some very special cupcakes which will be iced and decorated with the South African flag.
