Promotions at Mondeor SAPS

Well done to Mondeor SAPS!

SEVERAL key appointments have taken place at Mondeor SAPS.

The unit is proud to welcome Lieutenant Colonel Mahlako Jan Mathibela as head of detectives.

He has been with the SAPS since 1983, working within various units, including at Booysens and Fairlands police as group commander.

He also worked at the vehicle unit in Welkom and was part of a team that investigated a car theft syndicate. Some of the vehicles involved in this investigation were recovered in Botswana. During his career, Mathibela has secured several life imprisonments.

CONGRATULATIONS: Lieutenant Colonel Janet Madaray has been promoted to head of Vispol at Mondeor SAPS.

Another key appointment at Mondeor SAPS is that of Lt Col Janet Madaray to head of Vispol.

She started her career at the SAPS in 1993 and previously worked at Lenasia SAPS where she was promoted to captain in 1997. She held the posts of shift commander and client service commander at Mondeor SAPS before this most recent promotion.

Madaray is working closely with communities to build partnerships and has been responsible for all operational demands within the area.

WELCOME: Lieutenant Colonel Mahlako Jan Mathibela is head of detectives at Mondeor SAPS.

Lt Col Pierre Joubert, who started his career in the SAPS in 1988, has been promoted to head of support at Mondeor SAPS and is responsible for finance and logistics. He worked at Norwood and Booysens SAPS and at the Area Commissioner’s office as head of finance.
